SF Auxiliary 2017
Special Project
'Talk, Read, Sing'
Learning begins at birth. Talk, Read, Sing (TRS) is part of a national public awareness and action campaign aimed to promote early brain and language development, empowering parents with the tools to confidently talk, read, and sing with their young children.
This program was created by pediatricians to help parents recognize opportunities to engage with their children at the earliest stages of life.
With your support, Talk, Read, Sing, is helping low-income families ensure healthy early brain development in their young children. Talking is Teaching.
With your donation, families will receive two additional "booster" messages from their pediatrician during their nine and 18 month well-child visits. Educational materials and resources will be distributed in a diaper bag gifted to families of newborns when discharged from Packard Children's.Thank you for Supporting the Talk, Read, Sing campaign.
